I couldn't help after reviewing the tracks and reading the reviews on Amazon before purchasing this deluxe edition, that this indeed has Auto-Tune used in the post mix. I thought I'd be the only one to pick that out. My God, when will Auto-Tune go away. For a man that has the credibility that he has, you'd think that he'd scoff at the idea of using any kind of software to correct his or anyone else's vocals, especially live! Unfortunately, that's what they're doing a lot these days. The first time I'd witnessed Auto-Tune being used live was watching Umphrey's McGee on tv using that effect, and it was terrible. The vocals quiver during sustained vocal passages and notes just seem a little too perfect. As a reviewer noted here, that there's a VAST difference to all other past live collections, hm, I wonder why? I presume that the record company thought that most of the general public won't notice and therefore McCartney will sound incredible, song after song. As for me, I'd accept McCartney's mistakes over perfection, thank you! Besides the great performances as a whole, I can't stress the importance of listening carefully before buying and draw your own conclusion.
