I first saw this movie a long time ago....and when it was on PBS recently I knew I had to have a copy in my personal library. I am so glad I was able to purchase this and to share it with so many people who will appreciate an engrossing thriller and wonderful acting...which is unfortunately missing in so many of the films today.

I heard the track "The Word" on UCB Gospel Radio. This prompted me to hunt for the CD that it came from on the internet.
I love every track on the CD. The words are uplifting and encouraging all based on The Word. It's hard not to 'move' to the music and to sing along too!
The harmonies are very good, with a hint of 'rawness' and room for improvisation.
I have already ordered my second purchase by 'Witness' and I eagerly wait its arrival.
I would definately recommend "An Appointed Time" by Witness to anyone.

This book is a great read. While it often bogs down in the author's meanderings, the account of the time and period are excellent.

I would not, however, recommend the Kindle version. While I have not checked it against the print version, the errors in the text, presumably made during conversion to Kindle format, render many passages virtually unreadable.
