I previously had Vista installed and chose to do an upgrade instead of a new full install. The upgrade process was a bit slow (40 minutes or more) but it went flawless. But other than that I have had literally not a single issue since upgrading... I've been upgrade for a little over 3 weeks now.

I'm running intel quad core, nvidia chipset, windows 7 64bit.

I'm extremly happy with windows 7.

I was pleased with the two hour upgrade, and everything that i had on vista was easily transfered over, with
the exception of minor things, itunes.. Its smooth but at times can be slow. Be a cleaner, and defragment and
run your spyware, and virus items. Cause stuff will freeze. I have seen this happen. I give windows credit for
what they have done, my husband asked me , if he should upgrade, and I had just got a him an hp desktop and I
told him quite frankly forget, just for now. Get use to your new pc.
It cleans up stuff, better, the defragment is still running.
Oh check for your updates, and never shut your pc off in the middle of the updates. Pc was not working the next
day about a few months ago after this happened and i lost everything.. I have a dell.
Give it a try , if you have the money.

I have a drafty window in the living room (track is slightly out of square), and I seal it up with one of these kits each winter. Viola...draft gone! The film is pretty easy to install. The double-sided tape is just sticky enough to hold all winter, but easy enough to remove without pulling up the paint with it. The film is very clear and heat shrinkable. If you take just 10 minutes to patiently install it, the film will look nearly invisible when installed...it's crystal clear and when heat shrinked (using a regular hair dryer on high heat) eliminates most all wrinkles. Overall it probably only takes about 20 minutes to install on a 6'x4' window start-to-finish (install tape, install film, heat) and is well worth the small amount of time and money for the heat saved and comfort added.

edit: just realized I reviewed the 5 window kit, I usually get the 2 window to seal up 1 double-sized window.
