this brand of acai capsule was well priced for the mg and # of capsules, but the capsules were very large and difficult to swallow, so i don't take it every day and have still not finished the bottle. i was not seeing any loss of appetite either or any mysterious weight loss of even a couple pounds. maybe it takes a couple months consistently taking the capsules, but i'm not convinced this miracle berry is really a miracle.

I found this subliminal message CD a little boring. This one didn't inspire me, just because there was no talking on a conscious level. Howell's CD may be good for falling asleep to, but I want to be inspired as I drift off to sleep. I haven't listened to it more than a handful of times, so I don't know whether it would be helpful for weight-loss. Just can't get past the dull sound.

All these pills are the same i am sure. Packed with caffeine and sugar and maybe a little ACAI juice. a lot of other reviews seem to be fake. A lot of people start taking them already convinced it will work so what do they do? They start hitting the gym harder and with more confidence suddenly noticing a huge difference. my advice save the money hit the market and try some caffine pills to help get you going, protein shakes 3 times a day and hit the gym twice a day carrdio (riding a bike or light jog) in morning before work, you will notice that you are much more alert throughout the day just from getting your circulation going and oxygen into your blood stream. after work or after dinner hit the weights hard use up all that extra energy you got. You don't need a pill to make changes just change your attitude, start slow and do more everyday. I know it is easier said then done so that is why i suggested the caffeine to help you get going, avoid coffee, it will not make you feel like working out. With all that said I have not tried these pills, thinking about trying them but i will never put trust in them. they might leave you disappointed, put your trust in yourself. And if they actually work let me know.

I started taking the pills two days ago and already have lost 4lbs. It does curb my appetite and if you don't think about it you will miss meals. I didn't get the dry mouth everyone was talking about. But did feel a bit anxious and jittery from time to time. It gave me a boost of energy and that helped to get a lot of things done. So far this stuff is working out just fine and I didn't lose any sleep. In fact I worked so hard from all the energy I had that I slept great, better than I had been sleeping. I also haven't had any fast heart rate or high blood pressure. So far so good. I would have given it five stars but the second day I did have some cravings. But it gave me just enough control not to act on them.
