I purchased this product without reading the reviews first, DON'T BUY THIS. I wasted time reading the instructions to figure out how to develop a commerce site and realized that numerous steps were skipped or out of order. I contacted technical support with questions and suggestions and their response was just as vague/unhelpful as the lame manual. I never did get the commerce features (tables) to work, but it looks like when you download orders or update products that the website has to be "locked" while you do this. What a pain!

I ordered this book based on the reviews of others as well quite a bit of hyping on the 'net (my bad... I should have known better). If you are looking for the "step-by-step blueprints" that the dust jacket promises, look elsewhere. These so-called blueprints are simply reprints of interviews (and simplistic ones at that) from the magazine that is produced by the author. There is nothing in this book that is even remotely useful to anyone who has a pulse and can count to 1. Too bad though... I had high hopes for one of the blueprints and now have to go in search again.
