 Honey Bee Tree $16.99 My family loves board games and this game is one of our favorites. I almost didn't buy it after I read the reviews, but took the risk anyway, and boy am I glad I did. My 1, 3, and 6 year olds love to play this game. It doesn't take long to set up - only a few minutes to place the leaves in place (and no, they don't have to go on in a specific order). My 3 and 6 year old made a game out of setting the game up, and we used the opportunity to talk about geometry (angles, degrees, triangles, the best leaf placement to get the maximum support). My 1 year old can pull a leaf out and then claps when the bees fall out (just make sure your little one doesn't try to eat any bees!). We came up with different variations of game rules which allows creative game play. Overall, a great purchase. |
