 Vampiros En La Habana $19.95 For those of you who speak Spanish you might find the English subtitles a little bothersome when they interfere with the animated charater's faces. The DVD menu does not allow you to take them off and they are not set to be all the way down at the bottom of the screen. Other than that, it is a very enjoyable piece of work from director Juan Padron.  Vampiros $14.99 Es muy bueno pelicula. Hoped for a dubbed English version in it but I guess it is good they didn't do that since it forces me to learn more spanish. Low budget for sure but worth getting for under $6. Funny to see Daddy Yankee act. Live rock band was pretty cheesy. Looked like a Spanish one hit wonder of the 1980's MTV. Thought I would see Martha Quinn in the audience. Good story line and worth watching. |
