Would have liked to see more material on transactional (paperwork) or service environments.  Value Stream Management $46.95 This is a 'lean' book -- it has no fat, no excess words. Yet it's comprehensive enough to guide someone through all the basics of lean. It provides step-by-step instructions, with good examples, and lots of forms. And it is easy, almost pleasant, to read. I bought it because the other reviews were very favorable, and they were right. |
