I just used this odd travel pillow for a flight from the USA to Europe, and I was actually able to get some sleep on the plane, which has never happened before. I couldn't imagine how it could be comfortable, but it truly was. I secured the loops to the seat's headrest, and sort of hugged the pillow.. I switched sides at one point and was comfortable leaning to the other side. It inflates and deflates very quickly and easily, and rolls up for compact storage in a carry-on. Bonus: my neck didn't hurt when I reached my destination. Spills and soil wipe clean very easily from its surface. I highly recommend this unusual pillow.

After seeing a number of favorable reviews, I tried this product for a couple of trans-Pacific flights. It made me a little more comfortable, but I am not convinced it increased my sleep, which is what I most wanted. Because it expanded my carry on pack, I am unsure if it is a net benefit to me.
This pillow survived being pulled out of then squashed back into a backpack, so it seems adequately durable. I liked the way directions are printed on the pillow.
Not a big success for me but a good quality item which works for other buyers.
