Love this book.
I modified things a teensy bit to fit my own needs, but it's great. The book itself is easy, well organized and easy to do. I read it all in about 30 minutes and had my daughter trained in 3 days. Persistence is the key!! Good luck to all of you doing this right now! I definitely recommend the book.

I was sorely dissapointed with this book. I felt that the book summary was misleading as it did not say what the book was: a very religious, Christian book. Is "devotional" a synonym for "Christian", if so, this is news to me. I felt a bit tricked, as if the author/editor/publisher wants secular, unsuspecting individuals to read this book by way of not being honest of its contents - similar to Christian groups leaving Jesus pamphlets around random places in hopes that people will pick them up and be converted. Unless you are a devout Christian, I do NOT recommend this awful book.

Christine Pelosi has written a primer on How To Run. (Also, on how NOT to run, when that's the right thing to do.) She's got the background and experience to know the lessons of how to go about running for office, the first-hand experience of training people to do it, and a wealth of voices who back up her practical advice with their first-hand stories of why they ran and what they learned. Practical. Solid. Essential for the first-time campaigner, the twenty-year incumbent, the journalist, and the woman on the street who wants to get an understanding of How It All Works.

The story of a World War II Cantonment from its inception and history as an Army training camp. Four divisions used Camp Adair before their action in Europe and the Pacific Theatres. The story tells of Camp Adair as a World War II POW compound and it's use as a naval hospital before closure.
