The product seemed like a good buy an I bought it in July. I don't watch movies except during holidays etc. The first 10 or so movies both Blu Ray and standard definition were fine. The picture was good. However, about a week ago, I noticed that the DVD was briefly freezing on play back. I switched DVDs and watched ones I had watched on this system before. The problem continued. I did an online chat with support (probably some one from India based on language and spelling). He told me to try a firm ware update. Did that and it did not fix the problem. What bugged me was what followed. I have to now ship it to New Jersey AT MY COST and they will take 28 days to fix it and return it to me. I am astounded by the fact that they do not have a facilty in the Dallas Fort Worth Area that I could carry it in to. All the disruption and cost associated with this makes this a bad buy on my part (something I hate admitting though I have to). You should be aware of this issue if you want to buy any products from Samsung. If this is their level of service, you are probably better off getting a different product. I have had 3 samsung tvs for over 2 years and they work fine so far. However, this warranty experience sours everything for me.

Ok. I buy loads of books, but don't really stop to write reviews. In this case, I'll have to make an exception, due to the impact this book has made on my life.

What's in this book? The introduction says it all:

Does it live up to its claims?

Well, this book did for me what 2 years of reading pick-up guides and spending money on seduction courses (after reading Neil Strauss' The Game, which I also highly recommend) never did. In one reading, it opened my mind as to what is possible and gave me a simple, step-by-step procedure I could follow on that same day. And, amazingly as many other reviewers said, it simply works! Just as if you have been given the keys to some kind of secret sub-communication code, you will begin to find girls daily giving you signals of interest through eye contact and even openly smiling. You will know what that means, what to do, how to approach her, what to say first, and how to go from there.

Some of the reviewers criticize the fact that The System is a numbers game, and that you need to get eye contact as described in the book, as a signal of interest from a woman before approaching her. This is indeed a facet of The System. What the book does not emphasize enough is that you can vastly increase your chances of arousing interest from women, by working on two aspects of yourself. The first aspect is confidence: assume the body posture, movements and speech patterns of a very confident man. If you don't know how to do that, I highly recommend Lowndes' book How To Talk To Anyone for lots of tips on body language and conversation. The second aspect is to have a nice muscular body. A masculine, confident man is the equivalent of a fun, interesting, sexy girl: she will get laid despite her looks. A muscular man is the equivalent of a girl with a hot body: she will get looks and compliments all the time. A confident, muscular man who knows the game is irresistible to women. Look, don't you appreciate a woman who takes care of her body? Well, women appreciate men who do that too. Just buy a pair of dumbbells and the book Dumbbell Training for Strength And Fitness by Brzycki, or The Great Dumbbell DVD by Potvin, and exercise for 40 minutes three times a week - you can do it while watching TV at home. People will see the transformation in you in 8-12 weeks. And you get many side benefits, such as increased testosterone, higher energy levels and better health. But again, if you are not willing to work on your physical appearance, you will still get laid with The System - it's only that you could be attracting higher quality girls. Don't fall for the siren song of magical seduction methods whose proponents say any fat ugly guy can bed any hot girl half his age - common sense here should tell you otherwise. If you are attractive yourself, you will tend to attract more beautiful women; it's as simple as that. We're not talking plastic surgery here, only some dedication to working out and improving your overall posture and appearance. If you still need more convincing, read (or re-read) The Game and notice how much attention all the top pick-up artists - including Style himself - dedicate to physical appearance and exercise.

One thing that's a major plus for me is that the author is not trying to sell you some kind of "Advanced Mastery Superprogram" seminar or DVDs, unlike almost everybody else in the seduction community. Apparently there are no additional products by this author; everything he has to say is in this book. (You can buy this book in ebook format, at a reduced price).

A second major plus is that the author manages to be funny and witty; I caught myself laughing out loud a few times. This *almost* makes up for the typos which unfortunately abound.

The only additional seduction material I would recommend to go along with The System is the Gunwitch Method, which you can get totally for free at Gunwitch's and several other seduction websites. It adds more detail on how to look good, how to talk, how to control your inner state while you approach and talk, and lots of additional information and techniques.

But really, in this book is all the *information* you need to overcome whatever difficulties you might think you have with the opposite sex, and to become incredibly successful with women. Information by itself however is not enough; you have to put in the *effort*, go out, start looking for and proactively approaching those women that give you signals of interest. Usually, at least for me and for everybody else I know, girls don't come knocking at the door asking for sex; you have to do your part and that simply means properly identifying and approaching some girls, *not* going to dating guru seminars, memorizing stupid lines or hypnotic scripts. For me, it took about a week for everything to "click in". Believe me, this is coming from a 42-year-old guy who never had the courage to approach a female stranger in the street, at a club or at a bar before.

If you are browsing this title and are even considering buying a book to help you with women, don't think twice and get this one.
