I journaled as I read this book. In doing so, I discovered much about myself, and as I followed the processes and exercises suggested, I found myself changing. It was not painful or arduous; instead I found the exercises and processes to be humorous and entertaining. I found myself having fun and enjoying the journey. And low and behold, I found myself feeling... Happy. I continue to utilize Mr. Carson's techniques, my favorite being: Breathing deeply and saying to myself, "I am simply taming my gremlin." I am suggesting this book to my friends and I am giving it as gifts. It is worth the time and worth the read. |
