We don't have kids, but many of my co-workers with kids enjoy this game. We play this primarily with adults, and it's fun for us! It's much more engaging than Monopoly, and more intriguing than Trivial Pursuit. Highly recommended for all (above the age requirement, as it does require basic grasps of shapes, colors, and patterns).

Family Time Fun Dinner Games and Activities

We have played this game a few times now at dinner time. My children (ages 11, 8, and 4) love bringing it to the table. It's a way we can all become engaged and have fun while we eat. We have even played it with grandma and grandpa. Although some of the games have been a little hard for our youngest (naming states in alphabetical order or naming things that start with a certain letter) we have all had a lot of fun! I would recommend this to anyone with kids over 4.

My Wednesday gaming group has been playing this game for about seven years. It's one of our favorites. We've got some sharp minds in our group. People were saying the answers as soon as the last letter was given, before the clue! So we made a rule to give everyone a fair chance. You must wait for the person giving the clues to turn the timer over and say "Go" before you can respond. We always have heavy competition with this game. If you find this out-of-print game and you like word games, Mystify is a "must have" for your game collection.
