I also tryed out the MP3 Audio Jack! works great with Ipods. i Rate this Radio 10/10!!!! I never buy any other brand but Makita! Milwaukee 49-24-0280 V28 28-Volt Lithium-Ion Job Site Radio $162.00 I am finished with Milwaukee. I bought the 18V Lithium battery system at Home Depot and then got this radio at amazon.com. It says that the radio is 18V Lithium compatible. This is not true. It is apparently 18V NiCd compatible according to the manual. I am returning the radio to amazon and the drill/sawzall system to Home Depot. I have had Dewalt and Makita tools in the past and always been happy with them. After the waste of time and effort that Milwaukee has caused me, trying to get a complete system, I am done dealing with Milwaukee. Thank goodness we have high-quality retailers like Home Depot and Amazon who are willing to back up the products they sell with refunds. However, amazon is remiss in indicating that the Milwaukee radio is compatible with the 18V Lithium battery. |
