His (dictated) thank-you note to me says "I play with it every day". However, the set lacks any insert that would give some information about the pieces. Following the lead of another reviewer, I ordered a children's space book to accompany the gift; but after several weeks, it still seems to be back ordered.  Matchbox Mega Rig Space Shuttle $44.99 My son is 4 years old (June B-Day) and he rec'd this from Santa for Christmas 2008. He still plays with it all the time. Now that he's a bit older, he's taking it apart and forming new and imaginative spacecraft. The toy has held together well, and my son tends to destroy things easily. There may be one cargo bay door that is slightly off when he closed it now, but everything is still intact. I highly recommend this toy. It covers many ages/phases of play. |
