 SET Cubed $24.99 We fell in love with this game over Christmas at our family reunion. It requires making combinations of symbols/colors/# quantities. Because of this, it is a moderate paced strategy game that is easy to learn and playable by many ages in the family (I'm guessing age 8 and up). It was a good alternative when we were tired of the deep strategy of card games and didn't have the energy for more upbeat interactive games like Balderdash. The pace and feel of the game reminded me of Mexican Train dominos. A great addition to the family game cabinet. Enjoyed it and will be buying it for myself now!  Value 4 pack SET, Quiddler, Xactica, Five Crowns $32.88 I LOVE these games. They are so quick to learn and easy to play ... GREAT for the family... very fun games ... I HIGHLY recommend this collection (especially, SET!)  Xactika Game $14.99 I got this card game as a gift to my father because he thoroughly enjoys bidding card games such as Spades and Hearts. We all played it, and loved it (some more than others). While the game has an element of luck involved, there is a lot more strategy and thoughtfulness required. I am also a teacher, and have played the game with students at a middle school level and thought it was an excellent educational tool as well. I highly recommend this game! |
