![]() The Score $14.98 This is a good movie for anyone who likes a mystery, heist, get-away flick. DeNiro and Norton are great together, though Angela Bassett kinda threw me for a loop (I would've liked to have seen in her in a bigger and more engaging role, rather than a side character). What's best about this film is that it keeps you guessing to the very end. Just when you think it's over and you have it all figured out, something else happens. Probably not the best choice if you just want non-stop action with no plot line. You actually have to pay attention and work for this movie--the planning and precision of the plot (and the plot itself), and the interaction of the characters makes for an enjoyable movie. ![]() Twilight: The Score $18.98 Very Good, Close your eyes and it bring either the movie or the book into focus ![]() The Twilight Saga: New Moon - The Score $18.98 A priceless score and one of Desplat's best. I think what many people are overlooking here is that the Twilight saga, while packed with vampires and wolves, is still essentially a romance (consider the target audience, guys). Desplat gives us a score that embodies all the sensuality and danger of the Twilight world without resorting to the loud, overblown strokes that would have been the predictable way to go. ![]() Score: XOX - 20th Anniversary World Tour Live with the Octavarium Orchestra $24.98 I have several of their live recordings. This is the best. The recording is very clean. If you are a DT fan, get this one. |
