I heard first of Gym Class Heroes about a year ago with their single Cookie Jar feat. The Dream, I liked their overall sound and Travis's rapping. Than after searching youtube a lil bit on who these guys are, I heard three more songs "Cupid's Chokehold", "The Queen and I" and "Viva La White Girl" and immediately I became hook. I learned upon myself that those three songs were on one album and thats this one.

"As Cruel as School Children" is one of those albums that can attract Hip Hop fans and Punk Rockers alike, its complete variety that's like a breath of fresh air. I am more Hip Hop orientated, but also love rock once in a while and this is a good mixture of both. For people that love that soulja boy tell em s***, look somewhere else cuz this album is too intellectual for those people.
