The GLOW girls weren't the best wrestlers but most of the girls didn't have any muscle to begin with. Their bodies are all natural, no fake boob jobs like the girls of WWE Raw. The only girls who had any major muscle was Olympia, Tina Ferrari, & Star (the girl from the Cosmos). The choreography isn't over the top and calculated crap u see with men's wrestling today. And these girls knew how to act and truly play out their stereotypical roles. They really made u feel like they were fighting for real. And it wasn't all soap operaish like WWE Raw. Season 3 and 4 was more comedic, had better wrestling, but they didn't have alot of personality or energy to stir up the crowd like in season 1 & 2.
