![]() Eureka Upright Style RR Vacuum Bags Microfiltration with Closure - 9 Pack $17.99 This is by far, the best vacuum I have ever owned ! Including a Kirby & Sharp. The power is amazing & is picking up dust left from years of other vacuums! It feels like it's self-propelled. I love all the on board attachments; very handy to use. Carrying it upstairs, it is a bit heavy but well worth the trip. Thanks Eureka!!!! ![]() Design and Analysis of Gauge R&R Studies: Making Decisions with Confidence Intervals in Random and Mixed Anova Models (ASA-SIAM Series on Statistics and Applied Probability) $60.00 The book is excellent reading for people interested in quantifying uncertainty in measurement. However it is important to understand that the publication deals with quantifying uncertainty in measurement due to the measurement system and NOT the device under test it self. This means that one should compare notes with the ISO publication regarding uncertainty in measurement (eg Type A and Type B). In doing so one should be able to understand all within the field of uncertainty in measurement (given prior adequate basic statistical training). In summary, the book is of up most importance. ![]() Panasonic RR930 Panasonic Microcassette Transcriber/Recorder $249.95 I have used this type of machine in the past and it works very well for me. ![]() Cooler Master V10 Copper Base Aluminum Fins 8 Heatpipes Hybrid TEC Core i7 1366 CPU Cooler - (RR-B2P-UV10-GP) $139.99 I've had this cooler on my Core i7 920 for four months now. I'm overclocked at 3.8ghz, and I can run Prime95, eight threads, all night long and never reach 70 celsius. Beware of negative reviews that are just citing "information" cribbed from online reviews, or from people who just want to rationalize why they don't want to pay a higher price for a cooler. Is a Thermalright Ultra-120 Extreme RT 1366 almost as good? Yes, if you lap the base and add a second fan. Then the V10, as it comes out of the box, is "only" a couple of degrees better. I don't know about you, but I don't want to spend hours and make a mess trying to lap a Thermalright base so it's even close to the excellent finish the V10 has just the way it comes. The V10 is the best air cooler you can get if you want to take it out of the box, bolt it on, and get on with what you're building your computer to *do*. At most the nay-sayers can argue about whether its enough better to justify the higher price. It's extremely well made, works perfectly just the way it comes, and can't be surpassed without getting into a water cooling setup costing two or three times as much. (And the V10 will never leak and screw up your system and your carpet.) |
