This is a great workout. I have a history of back problems here and there, so when I start a new dvd, I try to go once through it without any weights to make sure I get form right before I add weights that could stress my back. With this workout, I got a pretty good workout even without the weights! With the weights, it's even better. She really throws in a variety of moves that keep it interesting and work a lot of different muscles. It also goes really quickly because it's broken down into 1 minute sections--she keeps saying "you can do this, you only have to do it for one minute", and it is totally true: you do hard moves, but it doesn't seem so bad because you don't have to do it very long. I would count myself as an experienced beginner exerciser (I've done a lot of exercising in the past, but am now getting back into it after lapsing for a while), and this was definitely good cardio on top of weight training...in fact, my heart rate was up pretty much the entire time (higher during the cardio sections, but still pretty high during the weight training sections). Also (and I think very importantly) it was a fun workout.

After seeing The History Channel's excellent recent documentary on Black Hawk Down, I didn't know what to expect from this video. However, although I didn't learn a lot of new things, this video was worth the money for the interviews with the combatants (both sides) and the combat footage (from the command & control helicopter, though a bit murky) and news footage--all of which really add to the printed pages of Black Hawk Down.

This is my test of preferance because the result is non mistaking. When you are not pregnant or dont have enough Hcg yet to get a positive result you will not get a second line or any color at all. The area where the second line would be will be totally white. No shadow lines to make you squint or left feeling unsure of the result. If you see a second pink line even very faint than take it from me it is no doubt a positive. This test usually gives a faint positive line especially early on. But no doubt, if there is a second pink colored line no matter now faint or dark its positive. Also this test does not get evaporation lines at all. I had negative tests I kept for several weeks and even after that long they did not get evaporation lines or fade out at all. The result never changed in any way like how many tests do after only several hours. If you know these hints about this test than you can be very confident in the results. This is my test of choice and I have tried almost every brand.
