I'm still not sure how the family member unset the lock during a rekey, but for less than $20 it did what it was supposed to do. It took longer to remove the cylinder from the lock, but once it was out, drop it in twist, rekey it and reinstall the cylinder. No problems, neat little (single use) tool.  Metabolic ReSet Weight Loss Shake Mix Vanilla 630 Grams $39.99 This is really a great product. Not only is it low in calories, fat, and grams of sugar, but it is also a great source of protein. I have read other reviews that think that the taste is bad, but when I tried it with just one scoop instead of two, I really liked it. I mixed it with 1/2 cup skim milk, frozen fruit, a couple of ice cubes, a little vanilla, and either the Fuze slenderize juice or the 10 calorie Vitamin water to thin it out and for volume. I whip this up in a blender, and the blender is 3/4 full! It is no puny serving and is very filling. Highly recommend. I initially bought it at the grocery store, but buying it from Swanson's online at Amazon saved me about $8 for each jar!
