Neal Schon can be an agent as he has a knack for finding a gem of a talent in the person of Arnel Pineda. The band plays wonderfully and looks like they had a lot of fun performing. The two albums- disc two rerecordings of their greatest hits...once more made those songs megahits yet again, disc one- compilations of their new songs...i would say the title revelation is appropriate as it indeed revealed the band's new energy, uplifted spirit, with its new lead vocalist's passionate, exhilarating, soaring tenor voice, drummer's superb skills plus vocals too (he sang mother, father in the bonus dvd), the pianist is amazing as well and of course the guitarists bewitching way of strumming the strings...WOW, WOW and WOW!!! hope you guys will continue to rock the world with your music. The bonus dvd is a great way to see how this band members work so well together. keep on journeying...JOURNEY resurrected!!!

When historians look back at the career of Dionne Warwick they will write that she was the cross between the legendary jazz ladies of yore and the pop/r&b divas of today. Dionne, along with Gladys Knight, Diana Ross/Supremes, and Aretha Franklin changed the way we view music and constructed the female vocal bridge into the 60's and beyond. These ladies brought their distinctive style to new their recordings as well as those they covered. They did not attempt sound like as some of the ladies of today and as a result created magic more often than not. Dionne with her beautiful tenor, class, diction, and coolness, had a great impact upon many singers for which she is not given credit. For many people she was far more effective live, where she would take her sometimes pristine recordings and knock them out of the ballpark.
