I've been using the pump for over 5 months now, and it has been great. Last week I had an unfortunate incident when the pump fell off the table and then was not pumping to its fullest. I called the manufacture and after answering a couple easy questions they sent a new one out to me! The horns and parts are very easy to clean and its nice that I don't have to worry about milk getting into the tubes. I have been back to work for three months and it is very easy to transport. I have also used it in the car on longer trips with just the batteries and it worked great. I've used the same batteries over a dozen times for 20 min sessions. The lactation consultant in the hospital showed me how to do both breasts at once. I use my right hand to get the left horn in position, then hold it there with my left inside elbow then get the right horn in position and hold it with my left hand; leaving my right hand free to turn the page of my reading material! I plan on using this pump until my son is a year, and hopefully I will be able to use it for future kids!
