We tried this potato soup because we were so pleased with the Enchilada soup from this company. I figured at the very least, this would make a great base for soups. Well, it is simple to make, takes only 20 minutes and tastes great without additions. But we have also added various combinations of bacon, ham, shredded cheddar, more potatoes, onions, green onions, corn and sour cream and its fabulous every time. We will be buying this soup again, and will definitely buy it from Amazon, as we cannot find this company in local stores.
