Relacore PM- New Nighttime Weightloss Formula, 60ct
Relacore PM- New Nighttime Weightloss Formula, 60ct

$45.95
I followed the directions, cut my fat and carb intake, took a 30 minute brisk walk each day and lost nothing. I kept this up for two months and have had no results.

I gave it three stars just because I had to give it something. I don't want to exactly say it was all Relacore that failed. It could be just me becuase I have tried just about every diet pill and "buy our food" diet without any success. I have also spent money on gyms with very little success.

As far as taking the Relacore, I felt no side effects. No jitters, thirst, hunger, gas or other bowel problems.

AM/PM Yoga For Beginners (with The Dalai Lama & 10 + Routines)
AM/PM Yoga For Beginners (with The Dalai Lama & 10 + Routines)

$19.99
I have only taken a few yoga classes and feel that this is an appropriate dvd for a beginner who has had some experience with yoga (not too simple or too low impact). I like Benagh's teaching style, it is calm and relaxing. It is nice to have options for different routines, and I don't find the cut and paste of certain poses to be too disjointed. You should keep a few blankets, a chair, and possibly a strap nearby when doing the longer routines so that you don't have to go searching for them when you need to use them. Overall, I am happy with this purchase, and I don't think I'll tire of it or outgrow it too quickly.
PM Crash Course for IT Professionals: Real-World Project Management Tools and Techniques for IT Initiatives
PM Crash Course for IT Professionals: Real-World Project Management Tools and Techniques for IT Initiatives

$59.99
The attraction of this book is in how the authors have distilled much of project management into a series of succinct points. Indeed a crash course if you are completely new to the subject. It can also be useful to those already well versed in the field, but who desire a quick refresher.

For example, the renowned 6 Sigma gets a 2 page precis in the appendix. So that's what it was all about! The association with Motorola is mentioned, as Moto was the original proponent. Presumably the many travails of Moto's products in recent years was not due to 6 Sigma.

ITIL also gets a mention.

The book makes no attempt at going into all the main methods. So kaizen (continuous improvement), which was big in the US in the 80s, as Japan's economic model seemed triumphant, just is listed, with no further explanation. Perhaps that could have been added?

More specialised models, like the Capability Maturity Model from Carnegie Mellon, fare even worst. No mention at all.

Overall, you are provided with a sharp focus. The many tables and lists in the book are useful in this regard.
