![]() Crosley CR49 Traveler Portable Turntable, Tan $129.95 By no means am I an audiophile or a turntable expert, but I do love the warm sound of vinyl. This player (as many have stated), for the price, is great. I was initially hesitant to purchase a Crosley and thought I'd need to dish out $$$$ just to play my albums with a sound I'd love. Nope - this machine is amazing! It's obviously a cheaper machine, so you can't really abuse it, but it gets the job done. It totally impressed my fifty something mom and sixty something year old dad. ![]() Crosley Rochester Entertainment Center - Paprika (CR66-PA) $99.99 This would be a great product if it actually worked. Unfortunately the record player is not built to last at all. The turntable gave out after a few days on both units that I purchased. Don't waste your time. This thing looks and feels like a cheap toy. This bad experience turned me off to Crosley altogether. If you're looking for an affordable non-Crosley record player I recommend the Califone 1005 record player. Record Player 1005 - Califone Electronics ![]() Audio Technica AT-LP2D-USB Fully Automatic Stereo Turntable with USB Output, Includes Recording Software and Dual Magnet Cartridge $229.00 Was very easy to hook up to my existing stereo. Great sound quality. Haven't done much with the USB software so I couldn't give a credible review of it ![]() Grace Digital GDI-C2CDRW Victoria Phonograph Writer $210.00 I have been looking for something to replace my old radio phonograph so that I could play my 78s. When I saw this item I was amazed, I can also make CDs from them. What a great idea. I can preserve my old vinyls but enjoy them in a new medium. |
