I got to know Laura through an ebay transaction and I am really glad I did. She sent me this cd and I have listened to it 3 times and find new things with it every time. I won't call this new age, it's just beautiful piano music. To me, the songs create visions and and feelings that I remember from a long time ago. I love music that can tell a story without words and that is what I have found in Laura's wonderful music. Her style is not pretentious like many piano artists, it flows with ease but has some very interesting patterns both complex and simple. The songs are relatively short which I like because so many artists songs are 5 minutes long and they repeat a lot to the point of monotony. I have listened to this cd while doing monotonous work on the computer and just relax and the time flies. I also have a BBE 462 sonic maximizer that does wonders for the sound quality but found that the sound is really good without the 462 engaged. That shows a really good quality recording with attention to details. I know, I am a studio engineer. Thank you Laura, you are a hidden gem who should be in the spot light.

Product is sleek, beautiful screen, and the touch-screen works A-OK. Sound quality is good and the noise-cancelling earphones work fairly well on an airplane.

My need was for a reliable solid-state MP3 player for my music, with a 32-GB memory or bigger to accommodate my very large music library. My old Creative device had a 40-GB hard drive, which held all the music but battery life was fading and it is no longer supported for interface with Windows Media Player. A new one was in order.

The Sony appeared to fit the bill: good battery life, compact, easy to use, interfaces with Windows Media ... but strangely enough it does not support playlists on the go. Yes, I can sync with a playlist from my PC, but if I am out and about, and want to listen to a tune by AC/DC, then add Beatles, then add one from Cream, and create a 'now playing' list it cannot be done. I can listen to a whole album, or all tunes from one artist, but cannot 'mix and match' on the fly. This seems a strange shortcoming for such a technically advanced product, and really limits the practical functionality -- needing to select each song one at a time at time while playing is annoying to say the least. Maybe they will push a firmware / sortware udgrade to allow this.

In closing, has lots of features but fails as a basic MP-3 player.

I still have doubts that we will keep our stores on the Yahoo for very long but if we were to keep them there it would be because of this book.

The author does a great job of explaining: 1) what you should be doing as a store owner, 2) why you should be doing it and 3) how you go about doing it. No where can you find a resource that provides all three of those.

I know it's hard to keep print pieces up to date with technology. The book is somewhat dated. I would love to see him bring out a new edition. That said, it is still an extremely helpful resource.

If you run a Yahoo store then you would be an idiot to not own this book.
