Along the way we see parts of interviews with the man, himself, as well as numerous insights offered by members of his family, his colleagues, nobel prize winners, and many others who knew him well. The life of Jonas Salk was an amazing journey; yet for Jonas, himself, it was a life he loved, that inspired those around him and benefitted all mankind; a life he could not have avoided, for it stemmed directly from his own nature and his approach toward living in spite of what others might say. We can all be enormously glad that he had the courage of his convictions ... that he did not know how to give up.I enjoyed this video immensely. I have the original so I cannot comment justly on the improvement of the " REMASTERED VERSION " but how can you improve such a angelic voice as Karla's. I have been a fan forever and find myself typing her name into amazon.com music section at least once a week hoping for new material.
