I'm the type of person that doesn't like music and noise while I work, study, or read, but this is really fine for that, and very pleasant to listen to if I'm just focusing on the music. I've never considered myself a classical music lover -- I guess I'm one of those people that is bigoted against things I've never tried -- but have been checking it out recently and found it very relaxing. I took a chance on this when I saw that there was a used set offered very inexpensively; it turned out to be a great find!
