Giving solid examples of everyday activities, the video addresses common problems people have with the way they move and how it effects their backs--from the way they sit at their desks at work to how they carry their briefcases(much of which I was unaware I was doing). The instructor shows how with simple adjustments to your movements you can prevent injury and pain. I found it very practical and helpful in identifying my own problems, and I have given it as a gift to friends with back troubles. It's also a nice introduction to the Alexander Technique.
