Needless to say, it did not work. They are not strong enough and broke. I got a $4 bolt extractor set from a tool store, and they got two other bolts out. I wish that I had done that first, instead of buying a more expensive one that did not work for me. Yes, I could probably send the broken one in and get a replacement. Just to have it break again?
