I included this in the literature review portion of my research project on retention and turnover. I enjoyed it so much after borrowing from the library and reading it that I had to have a copy for myself. March and Simon are cited so extensively in the business, turnover, and sociology literature, it's difficult to ignore what they have to offer. This is truly a classic on business and organizations!

I bought this to organize a lot of small and medium beads I had in various separate units, and it's great! The construction seems quite durable and the included containers are easy to put together. LOADS of room on top for tools, etc. I would recommend it but I was lucky to get mine when it was a bit cheaper here on Amazon. Still, a good investment & very useable.

It's good for not so heavy duty. If a lot of things are to be put in the cases (like shoes) it may weighs the whole bad down, and making the top that is attached to the bar curved. the bases between cells are made of carton like material so they get bent if heavy things were to put there for a period of time. Overall, pretty neat, but not recommended for too many things or a bit too heavy things.
