![]() Fabulous Funnies Presents Alley Oop $6.95 THE FABULOUS FUNNIES featured several short cartoons within it, all television animation shorts created from much older newspaper funnies of the 1920's thru 1940's such as NANCY, THE KATZENJAMMER KIDS, TUMBLEWEEDS, BROOM HILDA, and CAPTAIN & THE KIDS and of course ALLEY OOP. The cartoons usually featured a moral of some kind: things like being kind to animals, being responsible in school and in one case, using the Broom Hilda characters, alcoholism (seriously!)It was very tame and easy to take. Unlike other 70s cartoon, it didn't have any real central figures to create a lasting impression and was quickly forgotten before the end of the same season in which it began. This collection of ALLEY OOP cartoons is collected from THE FABULOUS FUNNIES syndicated run and is 30 minutes in length. Enjoy a bit of rarity from your Saturday morning past! ![]() Chris Brown BET Presents DVD OOP Features Music Videos, Live Performances, and More! $36.74 DVD loaded with his BET highlights, experience his 2006 BET Awards performance and acceptance speech, his exclusive 18th birthday celebration, four videos and an up-close and personal interview that's BET Official! ![]() Scholastic I Spy School Days $9.99 My computer is newer, moreso what I should be saying is that I have a lot of RAM in it. More than 1 gig, so when I went to play this after install with my kids it kept popping an error saying that I didn't have enough virtual memory. You have got to be kidding right??? So I went into my setting and adjusted my virtual RAM - same thing. Did some research online - only to find this is a common error, they offered some fixes, they did not work. I finally had to install in on a much older computer in the home. It did work and of course - true to all I SPY games - it is wonderful and great fun for the whole family - everyone is mesmerized. So if you can get past the install and start - it is a good time. |
