![]() Movie Magic Screenwriter 4.7 [Old Version] (Win/Mac) $249.00 Kudos to the Write Bros. for putting together this easy to use screenwriting program. It makes staying in the moment as I write a cinch - something that is often challenging since it is so very easy for a writer (at least this writer) to give way to distractions. I also commend the tech support team - I have called with all kinds of questions and always get someone on the line quickly, who is completely proficient and cheery to boot. I give this program a real thumbs up to all writers who want to keep the process simple. ![]() BILLY DANIELS: That Old Black Magic $19.98 American singer-showman Billy Daniels was one of the most successful vocalists to come out of the Big Band Era, sharing the stage with legends such as Nat King Cole, Sammy Davis Jr., Pearl Bailey and Charlie Parker. When he released That Old Black Magic, the song, paired with Daniels' signature voice and dance style, became a massive hit, selling more than 12 million copies. Now a huge celebrity on TV, in Hollywood, and on Broadway, and advertised as 'America's most exciting singer,' Daniels appeared on the Ed Sullivan Show, amongst others, and hosted The Billy Daniels Show, one of the first series to star a black performer. The Ad Lib Series, now available on DVD for the first time, is a collection of 46 concert TV programs presenting the best Jazz, Pop and Blues artists showcasing their skills with a Jazz flair. Seen on TV internationally, Ad Lib (filmed in 1980) was the first musical television series recorded in Stereo. Each DVD features 2 episodes of the acclaimed Ad Lib Series. With hit albums and a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Billy Daniels was the consummate performer. Daniels was a constant target of racism as an African-American showman who crossed into the mainstream, but he also became an important symbol of both social progress and the American Dream! ![]() That Old Cape Magic $25.95 Everybody seems to be having a problem with the weight of this book being too light. Not me. I personally couldn't of taken a more sonorous account. Jack Griffins loveless childhood was like my own with the deadly depressing loneliness of being an only child with loveless reclusive spiteful, parents who never saw you. For me the book struck home. Highly Recommended. Beats to heck John Irvings new bloated book, Last Night in Twisted River. |
