I very much enjoyed reading this book. At times, it got a bit scientific for me, but was still very informative and enjoyable to read. Bruce Fife does a great job explaining the differences between saturated, polyunsaturated, and monounsaturated fats and how each affect the body in different ways. I love coconut oil and use it everyday so I was thrilled to read about all the great benefits we can all get out of it. Oh! And the recipes! YUM! Looking forward to reading more of his books. Also, my purchase came in a timely manner.
