I ordered this for a senior friend. There were no written instructions -- only pictures and they were not very helpful. My friend liked the "bean bag" mount that I have for my Garmin and thought it would be similar for her TomTom. It was not. It was stiff not flexible like the Garmin and she could not understand the instructions, so it was returned.

I was a little worried this wouldn't work with my 32" VIZIO (there is some argument online about the mounting holes--they are 200x200), but it works great. It even came with the correct bolts to attach it. My bedroom has a corner that sticks out, and I was able to mount this right on one edge of the corner so it can swing around almost 270 degrees. It took less than an hour to install, seems quite solid, and looks great. It even includes the zip-ties needed to attach and hold all the cables together. My first mount and I'm quite pleased.

I was shocked to see the price on this item because you could buy a similar mount at Best Buy for nearly $300. Every other review said the mounting screws were no good but they worked fine by me. They even threw in a 6' HDMI cord which was a nice plus. Completely happy with this purchase.
