Silipos Softzone Pure Gel Gel Metatarsal Pad #10465 - Each $19.00 Cons: We purchased the Metatarsal Pad in order to reduce the pain of Morton's Neuroma. This type of pad was suggested to us by a physician. Both of us tried the pads several times while walking and determined that they were uncomfortable around the toe (which is stiffened a bit) and on the neuroma. It didn't mitigate the neuroma pain, in fact it made the area uncomfortable. They were expensive compared to drug store footpads, some of which have a pad at the ball of the foot. Pros: The toe hold did secure the pads in place and because of that you could use the pads in different shoes. They weren't a problem under our socks. You don't have to stick a pad to the bottom of each shoe. The gel had a nice feel.
