![]() At-A-Glance 7695005 QuickNotes? Weekly & Monthly Self Management System, Jan-Dec 2010, 8-1/4" x 10-7 $32.19 This is exactly THE book that I'm recommending in I Want A Fantastic Life. As a professional producer, I can't live without it. I've still got them going back to 2002--ah, that fateful day on March 24th!--and I refer back to them constantly to see what I was doing last year, or who I called two weeks ago (write the phone numbers down!). Of course I've got next year blocked-in moving forward by the months pages--each month takes up a whole page, with five weeks' space for every month, so you're never short--and I plan the entire months' important to-dos on the big yellow notepage beside each month. Then turn the page and you've got a whole week spread out in front of you, seven columns plus another yellow eighth column for notes. Plan out your whole week in advance, down to the 15-minute mark, with notes in the margin. They don't try to tell you which notes to take, which is excellent. Each day column gets 8AM through 8PM inclusive, which is unrealistic if you work until midnight, but you can wrap around and ignore the AM and it works pretty well. Each hour is broken up into four 15-minute slots. This gives 1 3/4" x 3/16" (4.5cm x 0.4cm) for each slot, which is just right. You're not writing real tiny, and you're not wasting space. Hours are separated by thicker lines. The outside edges are tabbed for 12 months, and they even give you an extra bonus month if you wait until Christmas to reorder and it's slow in coming. Four pages for essential phone numbers in the back, a time-zone map of the US with area codes, four extra yellow pages of notes in the back for full-year planning, and a smoky-clear plastic two-sided pocket in the back round out the bonus pages. The leatherette cover lasts for about 10 years, and then you can duct-tape the spine. Spines should be labeled by year. Apart from that, this book is big enough for big plans, yet small enough to fit inside a backpack. Stick with a winner, don't mess with perfection, and don't change any part of it except whoever stamped the year on the cover in that dorky Arial Black--the silver brush numerals painted over them are much cooler, and deserve to be properly embossed in the cover. Don't ever change anything else though. Stick with a winner. Way better in overall industrial design than any other physical calendar book I've ever seen. ![]() OmniMount TRIA Adjustable 3-Shelf Wall Component System with Cable Management $149.95 Overall I do like this item. There was minor difficulty in putting it together by following the instructions. This was due to them being written with more confusing illustrations than actual description. When it came to installing the wiring, I managed with a little time but was unable to install as the instruction stated, possibly due to the type of equipment that I was installing. The plastic should be a little more durable as well. The product was excellent in helping me better utilize my space and a charming asset to my bedroom! ![]() Ison Pain Management System: Let Go of Pain and Anxiety $11.98 GENESIS OF THE ISON METHODTM In 1980 I was in a serious car accident. Left unable to walk and in terrible pain, I drew upon my experience as a musician and meditation teacher to explore how I could use breath, meditation, and sound to heal and free myself from pain. To my doctor s amazement, I quickly made a full recovery. Wanting to share my experience with others, I refined what I had discovered and created a new kind of music, and I also developed a new way of using music, which I call The Ison MethodTM. Interested in my work, The National Institutes of Health funded a three-year study that demonstrated my music s ability to elicit the Relaxation Response and to reduce pain and anxiety. Since that time the NIH has used this music with more than half a million of their patients with great results. DAVID ISON NEW HOPE FOR RELEASE OF PAIN AND ANXIETY If you suffer with physical pain, you know that feelings of anxiety, fear, depression and anger can make your situation seem intolerable. David Ison created the Ison MethodTM, based on clinically proven techniques and his personal healing experience, to help you let go of these negative emotions and find a place of balance and calm inside. David will introduce you to the principles of releasing pain and anxiety, then lead you through a guided meditation to help you relax and let go of negative emotions. The heart of this program is a 30-minute musical soundtrack, where you will use these techniques to ease your suffering and help you connect with your own natural source of healing, happiness, and inner peace. ![]() The Systematic Trader: Maximizing Trading Systems and Money Management $64.95 I gain a lot from this well made video.
