I like the design and it looks great on my car. The only thing you have to be careful about is the placement of your tags. The palm leaves covered up my tag on the right side. For me it was no big deal, I just went online and ordered another tag for, I think, $5. I just scratched off my old ones and placed the new one to the right under the leaves. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.

I have used the previous 3 versions of this product as well as Diskeeper and other products for literally decades. I am generally considered a PC god.

This product worked fine on a 1TB drive (about 1/2 full), however, on another, it INCREASED the fragmentation from 0.1% to 5.2%. I have tried all the options such as defragment files only, etc., but it won't defragment. It seems each time I can get it to successfully run, it further increases the fragmentation.

The unsuccessful drive is a 1.5TB drive (about 1/3 full) and formatted exFAT which it is supposed to support, my primary reason for considering this "upgrade". My old version 8 of this product handled this 1.5TB drive fine as NTFS or FAT, so I don't know what is going on. This software needs some work and has had frequent patches/revisions.

The UI for this product also has taken ANOTHER giant leap backwards. The application takes nearly a full 1024x768 screen. There is a useless pie chart and Office 2007-style bar which cannot minimized. In addition, there are 3 tabs of unimportant data. Beneath the pie chart, it shows only the file name, but not the directory (unlike past versions), so you really don't know what file its working on at the current time. Also, I found that the file shown is impossible, for example, some small 1KB file for 20 seconds. Unlike most progress bars which reach full (100%) which indicate done, this one keeps going over and over, like 4 or 5 times. The performance tab also needs some work as only shows bar charts for the past 4 operations. Save Statistics is useless because it only shows the current operation. In short, a lot of junk added that doesn't work.

So, from a user interface, we have massively increased bloat while providing less information (and generally wrong information) about what it's doing. From a defragmenting functionality point of view, I can find no improvement over past versions. It doesn't handle newer, larger drives or file systems any better than before.

It fit the license plate very well and the 2 screws are good enough to hold the plate tight and in place.
