Got package and plugged in power supply: No power.
Looked closely and this thing looks like its the kind of crap being peddled at flea markets.

Called AMS and they were nice enough to send me another which worked.

AMS is recommended. This POS power supply is not.

Lastly: Keyboard is an excellent product with the only issue of internal speakers not being loud enough (for me).
Best keyboard for the money.

The slightly curved design works well. It is comfortable to use, is quiet and the special keys especially the volume controls and calculator make it a winner.

For the price, this is a great keyboard. However, as part of the bundle, the headphones are of extremely cheap quality. After a few days, the music only comes into the right headphone, in addition, the jack adapter for 6.3mm became very loose inside and didn't provide solid connection to the headphones - hence no sound at all. I wound up going to a local reputable music store and getting intro, but decent quality, sennheiser headphones. And the bummer is that I don't know of a way to just return/exchange the headphones from this bundle without returning everything. From now on, I will stay away from bundles, and just get each individual item - at least I will know the maker of each item.

I bought this for my daughter, because, she just started taking lessons at school. She really does like it. It has quite a few bells and whistles on it, and is a teaching keyboard, that lights up the correct key's. Her teacher could not believe the price that I payed for it on Amazon. She has a similar one, and gave much more. We're satisfied customers.
