I purchased a 46inch Panasonic 1080P plasma tv and this Blu-Ray to go with it. It is stunning, pure viual and sound enjoyment. The tv was about $1,000 and the Blu Ray was like $140 (delivered) and you simply can't beat it. Addmittedly I do run a nice Denon reciever with Paradigm speakers for sound but as far as the visual quaility this set up ROCKS!!! If you are 2nd guessing, STOP RIGHT NOW AND BUY!!!!!!!!

Sometimes when faced with a difficult work of literature, it takes the right work of criticism to bring an appreciation of it to birth. Calasso provides that, or seeks to, in his work on Kafka's novels, whose fundamental plotlessness and lack of resolution can make one throw them across the room. I had always liked Kafka's short works, but thrown up my hands at the Castle, and never even attempted The Trial. Calasso is bringing me around.

I feel really bad about posting this review, for 2 reasons,
1. I am personally acquainted with this artist, and I am finally giving him his just due.
2. I call myself a music lover, but I hesitated to shout his praise because I couldn't dismiss the fear of not appearing unbiased by an honest review, so here it is.

This Album is incredible!
I refused to get caught up in the "hype" of On the Ocean, although a great song in itself, not just because it is an instant ballroom "classic", but the lyrics make it a timeless classic. Just hearing it as a wedding song proved it this summer. Nice job, K'Jon. Listening to the C'd, When I got to "This Time", I was blown away. He is the real deal, and I look forward to more of his music, grown folks music.
This album is deep and meaningful, but unlike Maxwell, his lyrics are accessible to 100% of his audience... In other words, he sings about things everyone can relate to, without being abstract. You could work harder trying to interpret what other artist's mean, but why would you want to. I see what the Bible says is true, "A Prophet is not honored in his home territory". I guess the same can be said of a great R&B Singer. Well done K'Jon. I know that I shouldn't be the one to call them out, especially after it took me longer than it should have to give you well deserved credit, but I hope the Grammy's don't wait too long to give you your props.
