My son sent me a Target gift card. I took it to the store and upon checking out was informed by the cashier that the card was only good for online purchases. How embarrassing for me and how asinine for Target. I told my son about it and he had no idea that the card was restricted to online purchases. I'll never use it, so it was a total waste and ripoff.

This book has a lot of good information but while I was waiting for it to be delivered I checked out Scott Kelby's "The iPod Book" from the library. I like Scott's much better. "The iPod Book" by Scott is easier to read, has the same information, the pictures are in color, and it is very easy to navigate. I am returning the "Absolute Beginner's Guide" and ordering the book by Scott.
