As with almost all Clint Eastwood films, he has again come through with an impactful creation. There is someone in this movie that you can identify with, no matter who you are. Mr. Eastwood solicited people with the right heritage to be his stars. Unknowns and the real deal. That's one reason you can feel the emotions.

I rate the film itself a five plus but the high prices for BluRay just make my blood boil. It's the music CD rip off all over again.

If you are tired of seeing wimpy, sub-serviant Jews being ripped out of their homes and herded into boxcars destined to deposit them at the doors of the "showers" at distant Consentration Camps, this is the film for you!

Daniel Craig's portrayal of the home-grown leader of over a thousand Jews was perfection. The strength he showed was magnificent. As a Jew myself, I was proud of this real-life Hero in this true story. Actually, the casting was perfection all across the board. The sets underlined the hardships suffered by the resistance group.

When we started watching these fairy tales our kids would protest, get bored, and leave the room. Instead of racing to the remote like we do when the kids finally get sick of iCarly or Spongebob, we found that we, the parents, were actually enjoying these fairy tales even without the kids! We kept playing the stories, especially at night since the soft background music and pleasant voice of the narrator created a peaceful atmosphere to settle down to. Pretty soon, our kids started asking us to put on the dvds and now they know all 65 of the stories! These dvds can be appreciated on so many levels and I highly recommend them for any age.
