Although I gave this book 1 star, I do recommend it if you want to see an example of pathological liberal (I don't speak of all liberals, but a specific set of them who aren't really liberal, just as "neo-cons" really aren't conservative) who believes so much in all of us coming together, that we need to institute a tyrannical world gov't.

This book contains a pretty detailed appendix called "a proposal for integral global governance." Global governance is Integral speak for New World Order. I guess they think it sounds less evil.

It would be difficult to go over all the nonsense outlined in this appendix, but one example is "the idea of a world government was first proposed by the great Italian poet Dante Alighieri in the thirteenth century." No it wasn't, go back to Rome, to Alexander...how many empires, how many tyrants have sought to expand and conquer?

People like McIntosh think they are so "integral" and so advanced, and have such a high level of consciousness. They need to go back and study basic spiral dynamics. They are NOT second tier, they are green, totally...deeply green, following a deeply pathological expression of green. They are supposed to transcend and INCLUDE orange...but they don't get it. Only green supports democracy (the tyranny of the majority). Right from that link it says "democratic world federation"
How are we to democratically for people to bow down to a world federation. How is this to be democratic...give everyone on earth a computer to vote on all decisions?

"As you become familiar with integral philosophy you will see how an integral world federation is desirable, achievable, and inevitable." And integral world federation is INEVITABLE!!!! Well I vow as a sovereign human with a mind of my own, who values freedom that I will do anything I can, even if it means my death to stop your "world federation."

This book is a good study in self delusion and evil, but you need to check out something like Alex Jone's Endgame to understand the greater context of "global governance."
