This lid is bunk. The flap is not waterproof and falls off too easily making it easy to lose. I wouldn't waste money on this if I were you.

Innate Flow Controller (True Blue)

The one major drawback of the Innate V2 water bottles is the huge lid. It's great for fitting ice in if you like your water cold like me, but not so good for drinking on the move. This little flow controller solves that problem perfectly!

However, it creates two more minor challanges. You of course can't put ice in with the flow controller on. It's hard to even get water in unless you have a small stream of water and precision aim. And if you pop it out to fill, it tends to be a pain to get it back in just right without pushing it in too far. It always seems to take me a couple tries to get it in just right.

Overall, it's better than wearing my water but I do wish it was a little easier to put back in place, or perhaps just a little bigger to allow easier filling in place.
