The first recipe is a Tuna Tar Tar with Tropical Fruit. The second dish Massimilian shows us is his Tuna Noche. This Tuna is seared to perfection after being rolled in a special blend of regional flour and sesame seeds. The plate is completed with a savory dipping sauce that also seasons the Arugula bed the Tuna is placed upon. The third and final recipe is a Sauteed Halibut with Zucchini and Curry Sauce. Here we have several succulent Halibut steaks that are sauteed on top of fresh Zucchini, mixed with a little white wine and a pinch or two of Curry Powder.
