This was easy to follow and most importantly an interesting book to read. I would recommend this book to anyone who is planning to build a custom home. The insights will help you be an informed participant in the design process. The "program" concept seems like an easy way to make sure your top priorities are met, while sacrificing few of your lower priorities - there will always be tradeoffs!

The book informed me of many thing I was not aware of when survaying is being done. It covers from basic to advanced material. Great book and I would recomend it for anyone interested in learning about survaying.

Tips & Traps When Building Your Home

This is a must have to read before you build your new home. Great ideas that you need to consider even before you have blueprints. Easy reader, finished the book in a day, just reading for an hour here and an hour there. Very informative.
