The seller shipped this item very quickly and kept me up to date on the entire shipping transaction. This was a gift that I purchased on the recommendation of a young mother. The advantages are that the baby chair takes up less room and is very portable when visiting or going to restaurants. I would order this again.

My brief experiences with these headphones were not very good -
Around the 5th week, the volume/on/off dial broke in the "off" position, now they do not work anymore.

While they did work,

* The base and headphones both run off batteries which needed to be replaced often.
* The range between the base unit and the headphones before they started distorting was about 15 feet.
* The headphones needed to be reset and rescanned often to pickup the signal from the base, sometimes while on.
* The ear pads are made from a inexpensive rubber making them uncomfortable.
