![]() Lice Eliminating Natural Shampoo, All Natural, Non-Toxic, Nit Free with Foam Applicator Kit $19.95 I have been battling with lice for almost one year. (I'm sure we had the pesticide resistant lice that everyone is now talking about) My two girls HATE having their hair combed EVERY NIGHT!!! This product was the ONE that FINALLY worked! I did a treatment and though after I did rinse out the product my three year old had only 3 nits, yes 3!!! I was so happy! The three nits came out so easily. With regular shampoos and other lice treatments you have to work to get those nits out. I've had to cut individual strands of hair out with other products. I would be more than happy to use this product again if needed, but so far, so good!!! And trust me, I would know. I've tried everything from lice shampoos to new rx products to mayonaisse (I couldn't eat sandwiches for weeks)...this is the only product that didn't stink and that was actually successful! Thank goodness for this product!!!! ![]() Quantum Magicomb Lice Brush, 1 Units $47.99 I had previously owned a Robi Comb and when I needed to replace it I decided on the Quantum MagiComb based on reviews I had read as well as the product description. The company claimed this comb would remove lice, nits, and eggs and since I already knew my Robi Comb couldn't remove nits (and neither could any other comb I had tried) I decided to spend a bit more for this superior product. Suffice it to say, the Quantum MagiComb has been a major disappointment. Not only has it failed to remove eggs and nits, it doesn't do so great at removing actual lice either, especially very small ones. I have given the Quantum MagiComb to an unspecting relative and I bought a new Robi Comb, which is far superior in my opinion. ![]() Nit Free Terminator Lice Comb, Professional Stainless Steel Louse and Nit Comb for Head Lice Treatment, Removes Nits $14.95 I'm going to go ahead and buy this product because my daughter came home this year twice w/lice from school and the plastic combs that came with the lice treatment kit break very easily. I ended up writing a note to her school to have the students checked and sent home if necessary, but I wanted to suggest this to people out there, especially if you're a girl or have a girl with this problem, I myself will try it out this morning before my daughter goes to school. I had just purchased a hair straightener. I think that maybe most if not all of the eggs and even lice might be killed from the high heat of a hair straightener. Hey, I think it's worth a try, especially if you have a hair straightener in the house. If I don't forget, I'll try to follow up on how effective the idea really is, and how effective the comb is from my own experience if she still has the problem by the time it gets to my house. |
